I Know It Was For Me

I lost 1.4 pounds last week! Week challenge For the 4, I had been only down 2.6 pounds total, which isn’t really that much weight, but I have lost almost 10 pounds during the last 6 weeks roughly. I am very happy with how things are going. The weight reduction is progressing very, very slowly, but I could definitely see changes.

My clothes are much looser and everything just feels tighter and toner. I’ve included more weight training into my weekly workouts and I know I am building muscle too. I am also much more focused on what’s moving into my own body. I’ve virtually cut soda out within the last month (I’ve acquired maybe 3 in per month) and pretty much completely removed artificial sweeteners. I’ve definitely made many positive changes and I understand I’m moving in the right direction. Monday will continue for me personally until I reach my goal Melt it Off.

I still have 10 to 15 pounds to look. I imagine I have to choose what my goal really is really. 25 present cards to Amazon, Dick’s SHOE, or Road Runner Sports). The winner was Mathlete99. And lastly, I am going to end with a few applying for grants the MyFitness Pal Groups.

I used MyFitness Pal organizations to create the task because I know many people already are on it and it was free. I’ll say it’s not the best option. You can’t view the combined organizations from a good Telephone App – only online, which is a major drawback. Also, MyFitness Pal doesn’t alert you when there’s a new post or perhaps an answer a post that you wrote. So it makes it very hard to keep up and follow the articles sometimes. Having said that though, we managed to get to work and it was nice to read everyone’s feedback and posts. I love the MyFitness Pal app, but I’m not sure if I would try Groups again. Congrats to all the women who completed the challenge with me again! I hope you all continue to be successful in your body weight loss and fitness goals.

Weight reduction is often still suggested to lipedema patients, even though lipedemic body fat is quite resistant to weight loss and any reduction usually returns. Women with severe lipo-lymphedema tend to be powered to bariatric surgery because of medical issues and mobility concerns, but then even, a lot of the weight tends to return in time and complications like nutrient deficiencies can impact quality of life.
