Your appointments are extremely important if you ask me which is reserved specifically for you. I am aware that sometimes plan modifications are unplanned and necessary issues will come up; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please recognize that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the chance to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list skip the chance to receive services.
Your meetings are confirmed 24 hours beforehand because I know how easy it is to neglect an appointment you booked months ago. Since these services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. Less than 24 hours notice will lead to a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. No shows will be billed 100% of the reserved service amount. Appointments made within the 24 hour need and period to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge add up to 50% of the reserved service amount.
After three “no-show” visits won’t be honored for that each. The cancellation plan allows me enough time to inform our clients on the wait set of any availability and allows me to control my time. Late Arrivals – Please keep in brain that arriving late for a service may require me to reduce the space of the procedure, with full charges applied, in order not to hassle other guests.
I regret that past due arrivals won’t receive extension of scheduled sessions. To be eligible for a full refund, the merchandise must be in the original packaging, returned and unused with-in seven days from purchase time. Clients might request a product exchange, or credit within 21 days as a consequence to reaction or allergy. Appointments are at the mercy of change if there is a conflict with my personal schedule (skin trainings, family events). I’ll inform within in 2 weeks of your reservation to reschedule. To get product simply go in to the front entry of Roseburg Dermatology and go to reception. Provide them with your name and they shall get your product! You pays with Cash, Check or Visa.

PLEASE NOTE: When you have an appointment on a FRIDAY please pull to the backside of the building and email me when you arrive. I will come down and open up the back door for you! The Dermatology office is closed Friday and for safety I keep all doors locked.

Once you have chosen your service it’ll give you a set of dates and times available. Click on your desired date and book it!
Most toners contain alcohol, but Proactive skin care acne control products do not contain any alcohol, so they are more gentle to that person than other products on the marketplace. The toner amounts your skin firmness and finishes the process of dead skin cell removal. The Proactive process finishes with a fixing lotion.
